All digital products — including courses, PDF downloads, eBooks, and transmissions — are non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been delivered.
These offerings transmit immediate energetic and intellectual value that cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
However, if you experience technical difficulties, such as login or access issues, please email us at support@consciousvibrancy.com, and we will gladly assist you in restoring access.

If any physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@consciousvibrancy.com.
